The Guest Service Associate plays a pivotal role in Towne Park’s promise to its guests. This position primarily involves providing exceptional hospitality services with attentiveness, friendliness, and efficiency. The associate is responsible for handling parking and vehicle retrieval services, ensuring safety and promptness at all times. They also assist guests with luggage services during arrivals and departures in selected locations, enhancing the overall guest experience. In addition, the Guest Service Associate provides valuable information about the facility’s amenities, local attractions, and logistics such as taxi services and reservations.
