As a Guest Service Associate, you are expected to greet guests warmly, use their names during interactions, and maintain an inviting presence. The role demands attentiveness to guests’ needs, including directing them to key locations, arranging transportation, and responding to inquiries about amenities and local attractions. The associate will also handle operational tasks such as issuing claim checks, collecting revenue, and completing all necessary documentation to ensure smooth parking operations.
The work schedule is flexible to meet operational demands, typically from Monday through Sunday, and includes an overnight shift differential. The hourly base pay ranges from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour plus tips, reflecting Towne Park’s commitment to competitive compensation. Although seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for all benefits, regular employees can take advantage of accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and a 401k retirement savings plan, which underscores the company’s investment in employee well-being.
This role suits candidates with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and at least one month of related experience or equivalent education and training. Key skills include effective communication, basic math proficiency, and the ability to operate vehicles safely, including parallel parking and manual transmissions if applicable. Towne Park provides reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform all essential functions effectively.
In summary, working as a Guest Service Associate at Towne Park offers a balanced mix of customer service, operational responsibilities, and opportunities for personal development within a well-regarded company. It is an ideal role for those who thrive in customer-facing positions and take pride in delivering hospitality excellence in every interaction.
