Job Description

Towne Park is a leading hospitality services company dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact every day. With a commitment to service excellence, Towne Park serves millions of patients, visitors, and guests across various locations by providing attentive, compassionate, and friendly hospitality services. This company prides itself on creating smiles through every interaction, whether assisting a nervous patient and their family, offering a memorable guest experience in a new city, or supporting fellow team members. The core philosophy at Towne Park centers around making a difference and brightening the day for customers, clients, and employees alike, which makes it more than just a job for the employees—it is an opportunity to have a meaningful influence in the communities they serve.

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate, an essential role that involves delivering top-tier hospitality services in a welcoming and professional manner. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for a variety of tasks that affect the guest experience directly, including parking and retrieving vehicles safely, assisting guests with their luggage, and providing assistance with directions, taxis, and reservations. The position demands a high level of attentiveness, friendliness, and efficiency to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive to the time they depart.

This role operates with an open availability schedule, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry and the needs of the guests served by Towne Park. Compensation for this position includes a base pay of $16 per hour plus tips, emphasizing the value placed on exceptional service. The company also offers eligibility for several benefits depending on job classification and employment status, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and a 401k retirement savings plan. These benefits aim to provide employees with support for their health and future, although seasonal and temporary employees are not eligible for these advantages.

In this role, maintaining a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor is critical, as the Guest Service Associate engages directly with guests, co-workers, and clients, ensuring every interaction is positive and respectful. The position demands skills in safe and cautious vehicle operations, including driving and parking vehicles, some of which may require manual transmission proficiency and the ability to perform parallel parking. Additionally, the associate must effectively manage guest information, parking rates, and retrieval procedures, ensuring all ticket information is accurately recorded to maintain smooth operations. Guest service extends beyond vehicle management and includes aiding guests by providing facility and area information, facilitating transportation, and handling guest amenities and luggage with care.

The physical demands of the job require the ability to perform tasks that include lifting significant weights, standing or sitting for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Towne Park values safety and inclusivity, offering reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to fulfill their essential functions successfully.

Overall, the Guest Service Associate position at Towne Park offers a rewarding opportunity to be part of a respected hospitality services company that values customer satisfaction, employee well-being, and community impact. This role is ideal for those who possess strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to service excellence, and a willingness to work in an active, guest-focused environment where every day brings a chance to make a difference.
