Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must hold valid driver’s license for state applied to work or commutable distance
- One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer and personal services
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend instructions and write simple correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively in personal and group interactions
- Basic math skills with American money units
- Understanding of 24 hour and military time systems
- Understanding of applicable parking rates
- Ability to operate manual transmission highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group settings
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Ability to operate manual transmission is highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using professional and friendly manner
- Use guest last names during interactions
- Parks and retrieves vehicles safely and promptly
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
- Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Provide guests with directions, taxi, reservation assistance and facility information
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
- Issue and collect claim checks
- Complete ticket information and document vehicle parking details
- Calculate and collect parking revenue when necessary
