Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- acceptable driving record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- ability to pass background check
- strong customer service skills
- ability to handle physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
- follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
- keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- handle challenging situations with professionalism and resolve problems promptly
- maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
- arrive on time, in full uniform, and properly groomed before clocking in
- perform other tasks as needed to support company operational goals
- attend required staff meetings and complete all assigned training modules on time
