Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • acceptable driving record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • ability to pass background check
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to handle physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • adherence to company policies and safety protocols
  • dependability and punctuality
  • ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members
  • maintain uniform and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • customer service experience preferred
  • strong customer service attitude and helpful demeanor mandatory
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
  • ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • excellent communication and active listening skills
  • ability to provide exceptional guest service and personalized assistance

  • dependability in following instructions and maintaining schedule

Job Duties

  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
  • safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
  • follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
  • maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
  • keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • handle challenging situations with professionalism and resolve problems promptly
  • maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
  • arrive on time, in full uniform, and properly groomed before clocking in
  • perform other tasks as needed to support company operational goals
  • attend required staff meetings and complete all assigned training modules on time
