Towne Park is a distinguished hospitality services company committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through dedicated and compassionate service. Established as a leader in the hospitality industry, Towne Park has built a reputable brand recognized for its focus on customer satisfaction and its ability to create smiles by making meaningful impacts on patients, visitors, and guests alike. The company specializes in providing parking and valet services primarily to hospitality venues such as hotels, medical facilities, and event centers, ensuring that every interaction reflects professionalism and warmth. Our team members are valued not only for their professional skills but also for their ability to create positive and memorable experiences for those they serve. Joining Towne Park means becoming part of a company where your role transcends daily tasks—you have the unique chance to contribute to the wellbeing and comfort of others while being part of a supportive work culture dedicated to making a difference daily.

The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park embodies the company's mission to create smiles by delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality services to every guest. This position is a vital touchpoint for our guests, responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles in a safe and timely fashion, assisting guests with luggage, and providing various support services that contribute to a seamless and welcoming guest experience. Scheduled from Monday to Friday between 11:30 AM and 5 PM, this part-time role offers a competitive hourly wage between $18.00 and $18.13 with additional income potential through tips. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in hospitality, customer service, and working in a dynamic environment where each day presents new chances to brighten someone’s day.

In this position, you will be trained to balance safety, professionalism, and hospitality by following established protocols while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. You will engage guests by greeting them warmly within close proximity, addressing them personally, and assisting with inquiries ranging from local attractions to facility amenities. You will manage the efficient turnaround of guest vehicles by administering ticketing, handling key control, explaining parking policies, and ensuring that the entire vehicle retrieval process is smooth and error-free. The role also involves physical responsibilities, such as assisting guests with luggage, operating vehicles cautiously including manual transmission and parallel parking, and potentially shuttling guests as required.

Towne Park also provides an attractive benefits package to eligible employees, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity coverage, telemedicine services, and the option to participate in a 401k retirement savings plan. These benefits reflect our commitment to supporting not just our guests but also the wellbeing and future of our employees. Successful candidates will become part of a team-oriented environment that values respect, courtesy, and integrity while offering growth and training opportunities for skill enhancement and career development.

Towne Park’s commitment to inclusion is evident through the provision of reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform all job functions effectively. This role requires physical stamina including the ability to stand or sit for extended periods, exert physical force for lifting objects up to 100 pounds occasionally, and work outdoors under varying weather conditions. Travel requirements are minimal, limited to about 5 percent. Working for Towne Park means joining a company that values your contribution and invests in your professional journey while fostering a culture of hospitality excellence.
