Job Description

We are a dedicated service provider operating valet parking services specifically at medical facilities in Dartmouth, MA. Our company is committed to improving the experience of visitors and patients by providing professional and efficient valet parking services. We understand the importance of first impressions and convenience, especially in a medical setting where time and accessibility are of the essence. Our team of Valet Attendants plays a crucial role as the frontline representatives of our service, ensuring every customer feels welcomed, supported, and valued from the moment they arrive.

We are currently seeking reliable and customer-oriented Valet Attendants for first-shift positions Monday through Friday, with most shifts running from 8 am to 4 pm. The role offers competitive pay starting at $15 per hour with tips increasing total hourly earnings to approximately $18 to $20. This position not only provides a stable work schedule but also a dynamic and active work environment where attendants can help people while remaining physically engaged. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, a valid driver's license, and a genuine interest in delivering excellent service.

As a Valet Attendant, your primary responsibilities will involve greeting and assisting customers with parking their vehicles promptly and safely. You will act as the visible face of our company and the medical facility we serve, ensuring a positive and professional interaction with every patron. After securely parking a vehicle, you return swiftly to your station to assist the next guest. This role demands physical stamina as it requires standing for extended hours, running short distances repeatedly, entering and exiting customers’ vehicles numerous times daily, and the capability to assist customers with items such as wheelchairs, strollers, and baggage. Working conditions will be outdoor, and employees must be prepared to perform despite varying and sometimes challenging weather conditions such as heat, cold, and precipitation.

The position is designed to be engaging and physically active, ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced work atmosphere with a strong emphasis on customer interaction and service. All employees undergo a thorough criminal records check as part of the hiring process, are subject to a 30-day trial period during which performance is closely monitored, and receive comprehensive training over four shifts. During this training period, employees do not receive tips but are compensated with a higher base pay rate. We value a neat appearance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Job Requirements

  • Be over the age of 18
  • Have valid Class D driver’s license held for at least one year
  • Have reliable personal transportation
  • Pass a criminal records check
  • Have experience in customer service
  • Ability to drive standard transmission vehicles to management satisfaction
  • Be physically capable of standing for at least 8 hours daily
  • Ability to run up to 100 yards repeatedly
  • Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently
  • Maintain a neat appearance and positive attitude
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays when necessary

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid Class D driver’s license held for at least one year
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ability to operate standard transmission vehicles satisfactorily
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Reliable transportation for commuting
