Job Description
Towne Park is a leading hospitality services company dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences through attentive, courteous, and professional service. Our mission is rooted in creating smiles by delivering unparalleled hospitality that positively impacts millions of patients, visitors, and guests every day. We take pride in being more than just a workplace; Towne Park offers a rewarding career where employees have the opportunity to make a real difference, whether by easing patient anxiety, creating memorable guest experiences, or supporting team members. Our commitment to both customers and employees fosters an environment where every interaction matters and every smile reflects the impact we make. Established as a trusted hospitality services provider, Towne Park specializes in efficient vehicle parking, guest assistance, and hospitality services primarily in medical and hospitality settings. We extend courteous service with a focus on safety, professionalism, and friendliness, contributing to a positive environment for both guests and staff.
The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is an essential frontline position responsible for delivering outstanding hospitality service to all guests. This role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly while assisting with luggage handling and providing helpful information about local amenities and services. As a Guest Service Associate, you act as the face of Towne Park, embodying the company’s values by greeting guests warmly, managing parking logistics, and ensuring guests’ needs are met with care and efficiency. This position requires a high level of customer service skills, the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in an outdoor environment, and a commitment to safety and professionalism. Compensation for this role is competitive, starting at $16.90 per hour plus tips, with an additional overnight shift differential of $2.25 per hour. The position follows a flexible Monday through Sunday schedule. Towne Park supports its employees by offering access to various benefits, including multiple insurance options and a 401k retirement plan, based on job classification and hours worked. While physical demands and working conditions can be challenging—often requiring outdoor work in varying weather and the ability to lift and move heavy objects—this role offers rewarding work that directly influences customers’ experiences. Join Towne Park and be part of a team where your contribution will bring smiles and make an impact every day.
