Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean background check
- No more than three moving violations within three years
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and grooming
- Adherence to uniform standards
- Ability to use personal cell phone for work-related communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Exceptional guest service skills through professional communication and active listening
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and manage competing demands
- Dependability and adherence to safety procedures
Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies, including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
- Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable always
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, and ensure high-quality service
- Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
