Known for its compassionate and attentive service, the company ensures that everyone who interacts with their team leaves with a smile, whether it's a patient and their loved ones, a traveler exploring a new city, or a colleague within the organization. Towne Park stands out in the hospitality industry for its dedication to not only meeting but exceeding guest expectations, all underpinned by a strong culture of respect, teamwork, and community impact. Joining Towne Park means becoming part of a team that values making a difference every day and fosters an environment where employees can thrive both professionally and personally.

The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is a pivotal position that blends frontline customer service with practical and efficient vehicle handling tasks. This position is designed for individuals who take pride in delivering superior hospitality services with a friendly, professional, and attentive approach. Guest Service Associates are responsible for the safe and timely parking and retrieval of guest vehicles while enhancing the overall guest experience by assisting with luggage, providing directions, and responding to any inquiries about the facility or surrounding area. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to remain courteous and composed in all guest interactions. The working hours are scheduled for the evening shift from Monday through Sunday, offering an hourly pay starting at $21 plus tips, including an additional 75-cent shift differential for overnight hours.

Guest Service Associates play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction at every touch point. They are required to maintain a professional demeanor, greet and acknowledge guests warmly using their names when possible, and provide detailed information about parking rates, retrieval procedures, and local amenities. Safety is of utmost importance, particularly in the careful handling of vehicles, where associates are expected to drive cautiously and follow established protocols. This position offers the unique opportunity to work in an engaging, dynamic environment primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions, requiring physical stamina and a readiness to meet the physical demands of the role.

Towne Park also provides a competitive benefits package that includes options such as accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, alongside telemedicine services and access to a 401k retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility criteria based on job classification and tenure. These benefits reflect the company’s commitment to supporting their employees’ health and financial wellbeing. Seasonal and temporary employees do not qualify for these benefits.

Working at Towne Park as a Guest Service Associate not only offers a stable and rewarding job but also a chance to contribute significantly to the guest’s experience and the company’s reputation. It is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy active roles, customer interaction, and take pride in delivering service excellence.
