Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of customer service experience
- valid driver's license with no infractions for at least 6 months
- ability to stand and run for full shifts
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- problem-solving skills

- pleasant and engaging personality
Job Qualifications
- at least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
- hospitality industry experience is a plus

Job Duties
- help guests discover their wanderlust experience
- provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- interact with all guests and welcome each guest to the hotel
- open guests' vehicle doors upon arrival at the resort or hotel
- park and retrieve guests' cars as needed
- assist guests in securing other forms of transportation as needed
- work together with other attendants to ensure each guest has a personalized experience and open doors for all guests
- assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
- go beyond standard duties to make a difference with guests and employees
