Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- customer service experience preferred
- customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
- ability to pass and maintain clean background check
- ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs.
- ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform and grooming standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
- follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out and accurately reporting tips
- keep valet areas clean, organized and presentable
- handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly and ensure high-quality service
- maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
