Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license for the state or within a commutable distance
  • One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to comprehend and follow simple instructions
  • Ability to operate a vehicle safely
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Willingness to work full-time shifts including early mornings and evenings
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Willingness to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to handle basic math calculations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must hold a valid driver's license for the state or within commutable distance
  • One month related experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • Ability to read and write standard English
  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information to guests, clients, and employees
  • Ability to perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with units of American money
  • Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems
  • Ability to understand applicable rates
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
  • Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

  • Maintain pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients
  • Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using guest last names
  • Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location
  • Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette
  • Post up in designated areas when not completing tasks
  • Park and retrieve vehicles cautiously
  • Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
  • Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
  • Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries
  • Provide information about facility outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and local attractions
  • Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested
  • Shuttle guests to approved locations
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
  • Issue and collect claim checks
  • Complete and maintain all ticket information including key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, and damage survey
  • Calculate and collect revenue when needed
