As a Guest Service Associate at Towne Park, you will be at the forefront of providing attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality services. This role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly while assisting guests with their luggage during arrival and departure. The position requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Operating from 2 pm to 10 pm Monday through Friday, the role offers a competitive hourly wage of $16 plus tips. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver’s license for the state of employment or within a commutable distance
- One month related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers and perform multiplication and division with 10’s and 100’s
- Ability to perform math operations with American money
- Understanding of 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver’s license for the state of employment or within a commutable distance
- One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos

- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with American money
- Understanding of 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable

Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Use guest last names during interactions
- Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location
- Practice proper company phone etiquette
- Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
- Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries
- Provide information about facility amenities and local attractions
- Deliver messages, items and guest amenities as requested
- Shuttle guests to approved locations
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
- Issue claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys
- Collect claim checks before issuing keys
- Complete and maintain all ticket information including key tag, guest folio, location of vehicle, damage survey and claim check receipt
- Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
