The role of Hospitality Valet Attendant within PMC is pivotal in shaping guest experiences at luxury hotels, resorts, and events. Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Customer service experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Clean background check
Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
Willingness to provide excellent customer service
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
Adherence to uniform and grooming standards
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Ability to operate vehicles safely
Ability to follow company policies and safety protocols
Dependability and punctuality

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable always
Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, and ensure high-quality service
Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
Perform other tasks as needed to support the company’s operational goals, attend staff meetings and complete assigned training modules on time
