The Guest Service Associate acts as a brand ambassador by providing guests with useful information about parking options, facility amenities, and local attractions, as well as facilitating transportation and other guest inquiries.

Employees can enroll in benefits including accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and a 401k retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in an energetic environment with frequent guest interaction and who possess strong communication and customer service skills. The Guest Service Associate helps create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging guests warmly and ensuring all parking operations are handled efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include greeting guests within five feet, opening vehicle and hotel doors, issuing claim checks after securing vehicle keys, delivering messages and amenities, and shuttling guests as needed. The role requires the incumbent to have a valid driver’s license, some driving experience—especially with manual transmissions is highly desirable—and the ability to perform basic math calculations related to parking fees and gratuities. Safety and operational procedures are emphasized to maintain efficient, error-free service that enhances the guest experience and supports Towne Park’s reputation for excellent hospitality.
