Established as a reputable company in the hospitality and parking management industry, Towne Park prides itself on its commitment to exceptional customer service, employee development, and operational excellence. The organization’s mission centers on creating seamless and memorable experiences for guests by combining safety, efficiency, and courteous service in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Towne Park’s team-oriented approach fosters a culture of respect, professionalism, and continuous improvement, ensuring every associate contributes to its longstanding reputation for excellence.
The company is currently seeking a Guest Service Associate to join its team. This role is pivotal in representing Towne Park’s brand by delivering outstanding hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. The Guest Service Associate is primarily responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles safely while providing bell services including assisting with luggage delivery and pick-up during guest arrivals and departures. This position typically works varying AM and PM shifts, offering flexibility as needed to accommodate operational demands.
Compensation for this role includes an hourly base pay of $14 plus additional earnings from tips ranging between $5 to $10 per hour, based on performance and guest interactions. As a part of the employment package, associates are eligible for a range of benefits such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and participation in a 401k retirement savings plan, although eligibility depends on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Candidates should note that seasonal and temporary roles are excluded from these benefits.
In this role, the Guest Service Associate serves as the face of Towne Park, maintaining a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, coworkers, and clients at all times. They greet guests courteously within five feet, use guest last names to personalize interactions, and employ proper phone and communication etiquette. Responsibilities include parking and retrieving vehicles cautiously while assisting guests with luggage and bell services, opening vehicle and hotel doors, providing information about the facility’s amenities, local attractions, and services such as taxis and reservations. The associate also manages parking operations including issuing claim checks, collecting keys, conducting damage surveys, and processing payments accurately.
This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, as well as the capability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally while lifting or moving objects. The role demands excellent communication skills, basic math abilities, and in some cases, the ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle. Towne Park emphasizes safety, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in all aspects of this role, offering a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service.
