The Valet Attendant role at PMC is a vital position that puts employees at the forefront of the guest experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
  • ability to pass and maintain clean background check
  • customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
  • willingness to adhere to uniform and grooming standards
  • dependable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
  • safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
  • follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
  • maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
  • keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
  • handle challenging situations with professionalism and resolve problems promptly
  • ensure high-quality customer service and foster a positive team environment
  • maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for parking operations
  • arrive on time, in full uniform, and properly groomed
  • perform other tasks as needed to support operational goals
  • attend required staff meetings and complete all assigned training modules on time
