Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- ability to pass and maintain clean background check
- customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- willingness to adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- dependable attendance and punctuality
- compliance with company policies and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- customer service experience preferred
- customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- ability to pass and maintain clean background check
- excellent communication skills including active listening and professional guest interaction
- adaptability to changing environments and flexibility in work schedule
- dependable with strong adherence to safety protocols and company policies
- ability to maintain uniform and grooming standards
Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
- follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
- keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
- handle challenging situations with professionalism and resolve problems promptly
- ensure high-quality customer service and foster a positive team environment
- maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for parking operations
- arrive on time, in full uniform, and properly groomed
- perform other tasks as needed to support operational goals
- attend required staff meetings and complete all assigned training modules on time
