As a leader in the hospitality industry, Towne Park specializes in providing valet and guest services with a commitment to creating smiles and making a positive impact on every individual they encounter. Their mission revolves around compassionate service, whether that means easing the anxiety of a patient’s family, providing seamless parking services for guests, or supporting their team members in their daily tasks. This client-focused approach fosters a workplace culture centered on respect, professionalism, and heartfelt service, making Towne Park a rewarding place to build a career.
The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park involves being the frontline ambassador to the company’s valued guests. This position requires a balance of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth to ensure each guest interaction is a positive and memorable experience. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles safely, assisting guests with their luggage, and providing accurate information about parking rates and facility amenities. The role is highly interactive, involving direct communication with guests, colleagues, and clients, and demands a keen attention to detail to maintain all ticketing and vehicle information meticulously.
Towne Park offers competitive hourly compensation for this role, with a base pay starting at $12.45 per hour plus tips, complemented by a $3.95 overnight shift differential. The position demands flexibility with a work schedule that covers Monday through Sunday, reflecting the company’s commitment to continuous service delivery. Employees in this role are also eligible to enroll in various benefit programs, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and the company’s 401k retirement savings plan, according to eligibility based on job classification and hours worked. It is important to note that seasonal and temporary roles may not qualify for the full range of benefits.
Working at Towne Park as a Guest Service Associate means embracing physical activity and outdoor work environments, as the duties require prolonged standing and walking, sometimes in extreme weather conditions. The job requires handling luggage and sometimes exerting significant physical force. Towne Park values safety and offers reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform their essential functions successfully. The successful candidate will embody Towne Park’s core values of respect, attentiveness, and hospitality while performing daily tasks such as greeting guests warmly, driving cautiously while parking vehicles, assisting with bell services, and communicating effectively with guests about facility services and local attractions.
This position is ideal for individuals seeking to grow in the hospitality field within a supportive, client-oriented company. It demands responsibility, accuracy, and strong interpersonal skills to contribute to the smooth operations and create memorable guest experiences. Working with Towne Park offers the chance to build a career with a recognized name in hospitality, where every smile created by delivering excellent service is a testament to the impact each employee makes.
