Job Description

Towne Park is a hospitality services company dedicated to making a meaningful impact through exceptional guest experiences. With a strong commitment to delivering compassionate and attentive service, Towne Park serves millions of patients, visitors, and guests across various locations. The company aims to create a positive and memorable experience every day, whether it's by easing the anxiety of a patient and their family, welcoming guests to a new city, or supporting colleagues in a friendly and professional manner. Towne Park thrives on the value of making a difference and spreading smiles, reinforcing its role as more than just a workplace but a platform to impact lives.

The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park offers an opportunity to be part of this impactful environment. Employees in this position work the PM shift, typically from 3 PM to 11 PM, and are encouraged to uphold the company’s core values of friendliness, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. Compensation for this position is competitive, with an hourly base pay of $16.30 plus tips, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair and commensurate pay based on skills, experience, education, and location. This role involves providing attentive and efficient parking services, assisting with luggage, and offering guidance and support to guests in a manner that enhances their overall experience.

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for tasks including greeting guests warmly within five feet, driving slowly and cautiously while parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting guests with bell services and luggage delivery and pickup when applicable. This role also entails explaining parking rates, managing claim checks, and accurately handling revenue transactions. Associates are expected to be knowledgeable about the facility’s amenities and surrounding attractions, and to assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and special requests. The ability to complete and maintain accurate ticket information is essential to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Beyond the day-to-day duties, Towne Park offers benefits such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and a 401k retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility based on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. It is important to note that seasonal and temporary roles do not qualify for these benefits. The working environment may require associates to work outdoors for extended periods, including exposure to extreme weather conditions, and to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 pounds. Towne Park also provides reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities, supporting an inclusive workplace.

Overall, this position at Towne Park offers a rewarding career path in hospitality services that combines meaningful guest interactions with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and who are committed to contributing positively to the experience of patients, visitors, guests, and team members alike.
