Job Description
East Coast Valet (ECV), established in 1990 and headquartered in Lantana, Florida, is a premier valet service provider specializing in delivering exceptional valet parking solutions for a variety of high-profile locations across Southern Florida. Known for its dedication to quality service and customer satisfaction, ECV has built a strong reputation founded on professionalism, reliability, and personalized customer interactions. The company proudly supports its employees with a positive work culture and numerous incentives designed to promote personal and professional growth. ECV values its employees as integral team members and fosters a strong community atmosphere where management engages directly with staff.
This opportunity is for the role of a Valet Parking Attendant in Boca Raton, Florida. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, offering flexible schedules in two shift blocks — 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm — tailored to accommodate diverse availability and personal needs. The position plays a vital role in representing the company and the establishments ECV serves, acting as the first and last point of contact for customers by delivering courteous, professional, and prompt valet services. The primary responsibility is to safely park vehicles, assist customers in vehicle-related needs, and maintain efficient valet operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Employees enjoy a base hourly wage of $16 with additional tips that generally bring overall earnings to between $18 and $20 per hour. Weekly payroll is provided via check, direct deposit, or pay card, ensuring timely and convenient compensation. ECV’s commitment to employee wellbeing extends beyond wages; the company offers competitive benefits including paid sick time, a 401k plan, and for qualifying full-time staff, affordable medical and dental insurance after a 90-day period. Vacation time and other incentive programs further enhance the employee experience.
Working at East Coast Valet means joining a company that grows even in challenging economic times, emphasizing internal promotions and recognizing employee contributions. The work environment is primarily outdoors, requiring stamina and resilience to handle physical demands such as standing for long periods, frequent running, lifting various items, and entering and exiting vehicles multiple times during the shift. Despite environmental challenges like heat, cold, or rain, attendants maintain high service standards.
Employee growth is supported through comprehensive training, ongoing communication via quarterly newsletters, and engaging company events such as outings to professional sports games and company picnics. ECV is committed to diversity and equal opportunity employment, with a respectful workplace atmosphere that encourages applications from all qualified individuals, including veterans and active military personnel.
