The company provides a broad range of services including janitorial, engineering, parking, electrical and lighting, energy and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, HVAC and mechanical, landscape and turf management, and mission-critical solutions. Serving diverse industries such as commercial office buildings, universities, airports, hospitals, data centers, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and entertainment venues, ABM supports over 20,000 clients worldwide with an extensive workforce of more than 100,000 team members across 350+ offices in the United States, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, and other international locations. With approximate annual revenues nearing $8 billion, ABM is a stable and forward-thinking employer that emphasizes world-class training and development, especially for military veterans transitioning to civilian careers.

The Valet role at ABM is an essential position focused on providing professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services in a parking and vehicle management context. This role is designed to be accessible to individuals entering or returning to the workforce, including those with limited experience or education, making it an excellent opportunity for newcomers or veterans. The position is part-time, with a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, totaling 32 hours per week, and offers a competitive pay rate of $18.47 per hour. Valets play a vital role in coordinating traffic flow, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and efficiently, and interacting positively with guests to enhance their overall experience. Responsibilities include communicating valet procedures clearly, handling guest keys securely, operating vehicles with adherence to traffic laws and facility policies, and monitoring parking areas for compliance and safety.

Moreover, the role requires the valet to manage financial transactions related to valet services including collecting payments, reconciling daily revenues, and managing the tip pool accurately. Valets must also work outdoors in various weather conditions and maintain cleanliness in their work area. This position supports ABM's wider mission to improve spaces and places that matter most by delivering dependable and excellent parking services. Being a military-friendly employer, ABM encourages veterans with relevant Military Occupational Specialties to apply, ensuring they can utilize and expand upon their skills in a supportive civilian environment.
