Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- ability to pass background check and have California Driver License with a clean driving record
- ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
- previous valet, hospitality, or luxury service experience preferred
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to stand, walk, jog, and run for extended periods
- ability to enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the shift
- ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- maintain a clean and pressed uniform at all times
- follow all grooming and appearance standards established by Curbstand and The Maybourne Beverly Hills
- maintain excellent personal hygiene and professional presentation
- no unauthorized cell phone use while on duty
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- ability to pass background check and have California Driver License with a clean driving record
- ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
- previous valet, hospitality, or luxury service experience preferred
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Job Duties
- Retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently from designated parking areas
- conduct vehicle inspections before retrieval and immediately report any damage or concerns
- maintain constant communication with valet cashiers, supervisors, dispatchers, and managers regarding vehicle status
- ensure vehicles are presented cleanly and professionally to guests
- assist with vehicle staging during peak arrival and departure periods
- support front drive operations during high-volume events and hotel functions
- follow all traffic, safety, and company procedures while operating vehicles
- maintain awareness of VIP arrivals, repeat guests, and special requests
- assist fellow team members to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- keep garages, staging areas, and valet workspaces organized and free of hazards
- provide directions and assistance to guests when appropriate
- maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times
- acknowledge every guest promptly with eye contact and a welcoming demeanor
- maintain a sense of urgency while never sacrificing safety
- handle every guest vehicle with care and professionalism
- anticipate guest needs whenever possible
- uphold the service standards expected at a Forbes Five-Star property
