Job Requirements
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- must be at least 18 or older
- must be able to operate any type of vehicle
- must have the physical agility to go short or long distances to retrieve vehicles swiftly and be in a seated or standing position for long time

Job Duties
- Greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and accommodating manner
- parking and retrieving resident's vehicles
- evaluating and documenting vehicle damage before issuing a valet receipt and parking the vehicle
- recording the location of the parking space and including the valet ticket number
- operating both standard and automatic vehicles
- answering questions and providing information and directions
- following safety protocols while operating vehicles
- keeping the valet area clean and neat
