The Valet Attendant position at Crossroads Hotel plays a critical role beyond merely parking cars. Reporting directly to the Director of Hotel Operations, this non-exempt role is often seen as the "Swiss army knife of service" and the gatekeeper of the guests' first impression. The valet's responsibilities are dynamic and multifaceted, requiring a friendly and high-energy individual who thrives in an outdoor, fast-paced environment. Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and assist with parking and retrieving vehicles
- maintain cleanliness and organization of valet parking areas
- ensure safety and security of all parked vehicles
- provide directions and information about hotel services
- assist with luggage and other guest requests
- collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- manage valet parking tickets and resolve any issues promptly
