Job Description

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is recognized as New Mexico's premier locally owned hospitality group, deeply rooted in the culture, place, and community it serves. This esteemed group manages luxury hotels and award-winning restaurants that are not only known for exceptional service but also for authentic storytelling and community pride. The company places great importance on caring for its guests, staff, and local neighborhoods with sincere and thoughtful intention. This approach has made Heritage Hotels & Resorts a respected name in hospitality, especially for those who appreciate personalized and memorable service experiences. As a hospitality group, they provide an environment shaped by values that emphasize respect, quality, and genuine connection, encouraging team members to foster unforgettable first and last impressions for guests. The company culture supports growth, inclusivity, and local pride, which continues to make it a sought-after employer in the New Mexico hospitality market.

The role of Valet Attendant at Heritage Hotels & Resorts is a vital position integral to the overall guest experience. Serving as the first and last point of personal contact when guests arrive and depart, this position requires a service-oriented, organized, and attentive professional who can offer personalized assistance. The valet attendant ensures that every arriving guest feels welcomed and accommodated by offering vehicle assistance such as safely parking and retrieving cars, handling luggage during check-in and check-out, and providing valuable information about the hotel’s amenities, dining outlets, and local attractions. The role not only emphasizes safety and security protocols but also expects the attendant to coordinate effectively with multiple departments including Front Office and Security to maintain seamless guest service. The valet attendant's duties extend beyond managing vehicles; they are ambassadors of the Heritage brand, delivering service excellence while maintaining a clean and tidy premise, upholding the company’s uniform and grooming standards, and safeguarding guest and company information.

Heritage Hotels & Resorts values its workforce by offering competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive culture that is deeply rooted in New Mexico’s community pride. Employees enjoy advantageous perks like a 25% match on their 401k contributions, generous discounts across hospitality services including hotels, restaurants, spa facilities, and retail outlets, complimentary meals during scheduled shifts, and free parking. The organization also promotes personal and professional growth, with developmental opportunities designed to help team members advance within the hospitality field. Working at Heritage means being part of a people-first culture that nurtures service excellence and community connection. This valet attendant role is not only a job but a chance to join a family-like team where commitment to guest experience and team collaboration take precedence. This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented, personable, dependable, and eager to enhance the overall guest journey from arrival to departure.
