Job Description

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is New Mexico's premier locally owned hospitality group, renowned for its commitment to culture, community, and exceptional guest experiences. Grounded in a profound respect for place and people, Heritage Hotels & Resorts offers a luxurious escape through its collection of high-end hotels and award-winning restaurants. Each property under the Heritage umbrella is celebrated for authentic storytelling, attentive service, and a strong connection to the local community. This dedication to excellence has earned Heritage Hotels & Resorts a distinguished reputation among travelers seeking both comfort and a genuine sense of place in New Mexico.

At Heritage Hotels & Resorts, the team is driven by a shared passion for delivering unforgettable moments and making every guest feel truly at home. Employees are valued as part of a family that prioritizes care not only for guests but also for team members and the surrounding neighborhoods. The organization fosters a supportive culture steeped in pride for New Mexico’s rich heritage and diverse communities.

We are currently seeking a Valet Attendant to join our team, a role that is vital to the guest experience at Heritage Hotels & Resorts. As the first and last personal contact guests have upon arrival and departure, the Valet Attendant plays a key role in setting the tone for a memorable stay. This position requires a professional and service-oriented individual capable of providing organized assistance and a warm welcome. From helping with vehicle parking to assisting with luggage, and offering knowledgeable recommendations about hotel amenities and local attractions, the Valet Attendant ensures guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they step onto the property.

This is a dynamic role that involves keen attention to safety, customer service, and teamwork. The Valet Attendant must maintain a high standard of professionalism, appearance, and conduct in alignment with the Heritage brand. Collaboration with other departments such as Front Office and Security is essential to effectively support guest needs and contribute to a smooth operational flow.

Working as a Valet Attendant at Heritage Hotels & Resorts offers more than just a job; it provides an opportunity to grow within a people-first culture that values development and community engagement. Employees enjoy competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package including a 25% match on 401k, and generous employee discounts across Heritage’s hotels, restaurants, spa, and retail outlets. Complimentary meals during shifts and free employee parking further enrich the employee experience. If you are passionate about hospitality, have a strong work ethic, and desire to be part of a team deeply embedded in the New Mexico community, we encourage you to apply and join the Heritage family.
