- Prior experience in laundry services preferred
- Ability to operate laundry equipment
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Answers telephone calls from guests requiring cleaning or pressing services
- Logs requests and picks up clothing from guest rooms
- Ascertains time when completed goods are required
- Counts items and issues receipts
- Marks guest clothing for identification
- Sorts guest items for washing, dry cleaning, pressing, or repair and processes them using appropriate equipment and chemicals
- Folds or hangs clothing and delivers to guests at the requested time
- Sorts employee uniforms for washing, dry cleaning, pressing, or repair
- Processes employee uniforms and delivers clean uniforms to the housekeeping department
- Operates and maintains laundry equipment including washers, dryers, dry cleaning machines, steam tunnels, pressers, and irons
- Reports any equipment problems to the manager
- Complies with Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct
- Works harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors
- Assists with duties in laundry and housekeeping during busy periods or absences
