Valet Attendants are expected to be the face of the establishment, greeting guests warmly, ensuring their comfort and security, and delivering fast, professional service at every interaction. This role involves active engagement with guests, assisting them upon arrival and departure, and maintaining a high level of courtesy and attentiveness.

Working conditions include outdoor exposure year-round, facing varying weather conditions such as rain, heat, and cold. The physical demands are significant, requiring extended periods of walking, standing, jogging, and stair usage within parking structures.
