Job Description
Tony Foreman & Co and Charleston is a distinguished hospitality company operating across multiple properties, dedicated to providing exceptional service to their guests. Known for their commitment to quality and professionalism, the company creates memorable experiences by focusing on detail, courtesy, and efficiency in all aspects of their service. Operating at the forefront of hospitality, it serves a diverse clientele who expect the highest standard of service from arrival to departure.
They are currently seeking Valet Attendants to join their team across various properties. As a Valet Attendant, the role is more than just parking and retrieving vehicles. This position plays a critical part in forming the first and last impressions guests have when visiting their locations. Valet Attendants are expected to be the face of the establishment, greeting guests warmly, ensuring their comfort and security, and delivering fast, professional service at every interaction. This role involves active engagement with guests, assisting them upon arrival and departure, and maintaining a high level of courtesy and attentiveness.
Working conditions include outdoor exposure year-round, facing varying weather conditions such as rain, heat, and cold. The physical demands are significant, requiring extended periods of walking, standing, jogging, and stair usage within parking structures. Despite the physical nature of the role, the company fosters an enjoyable, team-oriented atmosphere to support staff throughout their shifts. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, including weekend and holiday shifts, to accommodate various availability needs.
The role offers a base pay of $15 per hour plus daily cash tips, presenting an attractive opportunity for individuals seeking active work and valuable experience in customer service within a thriving hospitality environment. Candidates do not necessarily need prior valet experience; those demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn will be considered and trained accordingly. The company values timely and reliable team members who bring professionalism and energy to their role, contributing positively to the guest experience.
