This role is critical in ensuring secure, efficient, and courteous front door service, including valet parking and package delivery support, for residents, families, and visitors. The Valet Attendant position is a pivotal point of contact that greatly influences the overall resident and guest experience through professional and friendly interactions. This is a vital role suited for an individual who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, demonstrates reliability, and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The Valet Attendant will be responsible for greeting all visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, assisting residents and guests as they enter or exit vehicles, managing the parking of cars safely and efficiently, and delivering groceries and packages to residents’ apartments on an hourly basis. Troubleshooting parking garage equipment and assisting other team members such as the Palace Shuttle Bus driver are also essential components of this job. This role requires a candidate who is resourceful, polite, punctual, and capable of working flexibly including weekends, holidays, and emergency situations.
