The casino and hotel complex offers a dynamic workplace enriched with opportunities for professional growth and a collaborative cultural atmosphere. This full-service casino features a wide array of amenities including a variety of slot machines, table games, world-class restaurants, and comfortable hotel accommodations, making it a preferred choice for both locals and visitors seeking premium entertainment and hospitality services.

The role demands a proactive, friendly approach to guest interaction and the utmost responsibility in handling guests’ vehicles and keys. Valets are expected to respond promptly to guest needs, uphold safety standards when parking and retrieving vehicles, and maintain clear communication with team members using radios.

Employees in this role will benefit from a comprehensive rewards program, including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage after 60 days, as well as competitive family insurance rates. Additional benefits include paid time off starting at 21 days in the first year and increasing with tenure, tuition reimbursement opportunities, certification programs, and access to an Employee Assistance Program. Valet team members also enjoy daily perks such as free meals, parking, paid breaks, gasoline discounts, and exclusive giveaways including concert and sports tickets. Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel emphasizes a respectful and supportive workplace culture, with ongoing investment in employee development and recognition.

The Valet role is integral to the overall guest experience at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly with a smile and eye contact to provide a welcoming atmosphere, safely operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles, and responsibly managing cash handling tasks including balancing shift funds. Team members must be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong communication skills, and showing flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and assigned shifts. This role also requires obtaining and maintaining a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission and passing pre-employment drug testing.

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel proudly exercises tribal member hiring preference under the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO).
