Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of work experience in housekeeping or related field
- no supervisory experience required
- ability to communicate clearly
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 10 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours
- adherence to company policies and standards

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with unloading items safely
- deliver laundry and clothing to guestrooms
- respond promptly to guest, front desk, or service requests
- monitor cleanliness and appearance of laundry and dry cleaning
- complete valet tickets accurately
- coordinate repairs with appropriate personnel and manage pick-up deliveries
- follow company policies and maintain a professional appearance
