This full-time substitute position within the Housekeeping & Laundry category is an essential role at The Ritz-Carlton New York Central Park. The role offers a competitive hourly wage range between $27.00 and $39.89 and is categorized as a non-management position. The individual in this role will be responsible for handling various operational and guest service duties centered around laundry and guest assistance. Key responsibilities include welcoming guests warmly upon arrival and assisting with the safe unloading of their belongings. The employee is tasked with delivering laundered clothing to guest rooms, inspecting and maintaining the cleanliness and working condition of laundry machinery and equipment, and coordinating necessary repairs and supplies efficiently. Additionally, the substitute team member must respond promptly to requests from guests, the Front Desk, or the Guest Services department, and execute other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
