Job Description

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is a leading tribal gaming and hospitality company operating several premier destinations across Northeastern Oklahoma and beyond, including the renowned Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa. As Oklahoma's premier gaming and resort destination, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa offers an unmatched blend of entertainment, luxury, and hospitality. The resort features over 2,600 electronic, poker, and table games, expansive ultramodern meeting and convention spaces, an 18-hole championship golf course, multiple dining and entertainment venues, and a large-capacity event center that draws performances by national and local acts. Owned and operated by Cherokee Nation Entertainment, a major division of the Cherokee Nation’s tourism and hospitality sector, this flagship property exemplifies world-class service and guest experience.

The Part-time Valet Attendant position at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is designed for individuals who are motivated, guest-focused, and ready to deliver top-notch service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role is crucial in the guest experience as it involves direct interaction upon arrival and departure, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and valued. The valet attendant is responsible for the safe and efficient handling of guest vehicles, maintaining organization of the valet area, and assisting guests with luggage and information about the hotel’s amenities and services. The position demands a strong commitment to safety, adherence to hotel policies, and excellent communication skills.

In addition to typical valet duties, attendants are expected to uphold the high standards of the Hard Rock brand by maintaining appearance standards and professionalism during periods of high guest volume. The work environment requires physical stamina, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Being part of Cherokee Nation Entertainment offers a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the largest and most respected tribal businesses in the country, with a culture rooted in community commitment and guest satisfaction.

This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in team-based environments and are eager to engage with guests, providing prompt, courteous service that enhances the overall visit. With safety-sensitive duties including drug testing and the necessity to operate various types of vehicles safely, this role is suited to responsible and proactive individuals. The part-time status offers flexibility while providing a valuable stepping stone into the hospitality and gaming industry, backed by competitive benefits and growth opportunities within Cherokee Nation Entertainment’s wide portfolio of brands.
