Job Requirements
- High school diploma or the equivalent preferred
- 21 years of age
- valid drivers license
- clean driving record and background
- ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission
- availability to work flexible shifts and hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must have reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- previous valet experience required
- must present a professional, friendly image and appearance
- ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- ability to work cooperatively with others
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- able to read, write, and comprehend instructions and information in English
- ability to use personal computer and hand-held applications
- must be able to multitask in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- attention to detail
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and smile when interacting with guests
- park guest vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot following all traffic laws
- keep vehicle and/or pedestrian traffic moving to avoid backups
- collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests for proper return
- resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints with integrity and poise
- provide information on parking procedures and policies
- open doors and assist with lifting, carrying, and/or removing items from vehicles as requested
- actively look for ways to assist guests
- provide courtesy shuttle service as needed
- maintain accurate event information to respond to guest inquiries
- attend training classes as directed by supervisor
- keep the assigned area clean
- perform any other duties as assigned
