Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 100 pounds
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
- Proficiency in English required
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage
- Open doors and provide a welcoming first impression of the hotel
- Maintain organized and accurate vehicle ticketing and key control
- Monitor parking areas for safety, security, and proper vehicle handling
- Report any incidents, damages, or safety concerns immediately
