Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience with a valid driver's license
- ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- possess and maintain a driving record that meets Olympia Hotel Management's driver evaluation criteria
- availability for nights and weekends
- ability to provide high level customer service

Job Qualifications
- Previous valet experience is preferred
- minimum of 1 year of driving with a valid driver's license
- must maintain a valid driver's license and comply with DMV guidelines
- previous experience driving a van is preferred
- experience in guest service and or working with the public is helpful
- high school diploma and or equivalent work experience
Job Duties
- Greet arriving guests warmly and assist them with parking their vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- drive and maneuver guests' vehicles carefully to designated parking spots, ensuring that all safety protocols and procedures are followed
- retrieve guests' vehicles promptly upon request, assist with loading luggage or belongings, and ensure that vehicles are returned in the same condition as received
- welcome arriving guests and assist them with unloading luggage or belongings from their vehicles
- escort guests to their rooms, carrying luggage as needed, and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- assist guests with luggage storage, retrieval, and delivery to their rooms, ensuring that all items are handled carefully and delivered promptly
- provide courteous and attentive service to guests, responding promptly and professionally to their requests, inquiries, and concerns
- offer assistance with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and other guest needs, and provide directions and recommendations for local attractions and activities
- anticipate guests' needs and preferences and proactively offer assistance and solutions to enhance their stay experience
- adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including traffic laws, vehicle handling guidelines, and security measures, to ensure the safety and security of guests, vehicles, and property
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the valet parking area, bell stand, and lobby entrance, including removing debris, organizing luggage carts, and replenishing supplies as needed
- report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or security concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager for resolution
- must be available for nights and weekends
