Job Requirements

- have a driving record compliant with local policies
- enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program if required
- relevant driving or hospitality experience
- ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- strong customer service skills
- must be willing to work various times and locations based on business needs
- must be willing to work in La Jolla and Hillcrest
- employment subject to criminal background check and pre-employment physical

Job Duties
- drive and park vehicles for guests
- maintain excellent customer service standards
- issue ticket receipts after inspecting and documenting vehicle condition
- retrieve vehicles promptly
- collect and secure cash payments
- write down vehicle information and location on valet tickets
- tag and maintain keys
- resolve visitor issues to meet service expectations
