This role is for a Valet Attendant, a critical position that directly influences the overall guest experience by serving as the first and last point of personal contact. The valet acts as a welcoming ambassador for the hotel, ensuring guests receive organized, thoughtful, and efficient service from the moment of arrival until departure. Responsibilities include assisting guests with parking their vehicles safely and retrieving them, managing luggage with care during check-in and check-out, and providing knowledgeable information about hotel amenities, dining options, events, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. This role is integral in maintaining the smooth flow of guest arrivals and departures, collaborating closely with various hotel departments such as Front Office and Security.

Job Requirements
- minimum age of 21 with preferably 2 years of driving experience required
- high school diploma or equivalent experience or training required
- current New Mexico driver's license with an insurable driving record required
- excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast paced guest-facing environment
- strong awareness of safety and attention to detail
- ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to support guest experience

Job Duties
- welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the property and provide assistance in and out of vehicles
- safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with company safety and security procedures
- assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out ensuring careful handling and professional service
- provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding hotel outlets amenities events and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
- maintain knowledge of ADA parking procedures and all safety and security protocols
- communicate and partner with Front Office Security and other departments as needed to support guest needs
- maintain awareness of guest flow and arrival patterns to ensure efficient and organized service
- maintain professional appearance and conduct in accordance with uniform and grooming standards
- ensure the hotel's driveway portecoche and parking area are kept clean and tidy
- protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary client and guest information
- other duties as assigned with the functions of this position as needed at the property
