The role of Valet Attendant at Heritage Hotels & Resorts is pivotal in shaping the first and last impressions guests receive. This full-time position demands a service-oriented, organized individual who will be the personal point of contact for guests when they arrive and leave the property. The Valet Attendant is responsible for providing courteous and efficient vehicle assistance, helping with luggage during check-in and check-out procedures, and offering insightful guidance about the hotel’s amenities, dining outlets, special events, and local attractions. The role requires a strong commitment to safety and security protocols, ensuring all vehicles are parked and retrieved safely while maintaining awareness of guest flow and arrival patterns to facilitate smooth operations.

Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast paced guest-facing environment
- Strong awareness of safety and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to support guest experience
- Minimum age of 21 with preferably 2 years of driving experience required
- Hospitality or guest service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent experience or training required
- Current New Mexico driver’s license with an insurable driving record required

Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the property and provide assistance in and out of vehicles
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with company safety and security procedures
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out, ensuring careful handling and professional service
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding hotel outlets, amenities, events and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain knowledge of ADA parking procedures and all safety and security protocols
- Communicate and partner with Front Office, Security and other departments as needed to support guest needs
- Maintain awareness of guest flow and arrival patterns to ensure efficient and organized service
