Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- punctuality and reliability
- proficiency in English verbal and written
- valid driver's license and three years of driving experience
- ability to complete and pass pre-employment background, drug, and MVR screening
- ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation
- physical stamina to stand for long periods, run occasionally, and navigate multiple levels of stairs
- willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Duties
- Deliver first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
- assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors
- park and secure vehicles
- unload luggage
- retrieve vehicles in a timely manner
- extend the initial friendly welcome to hotel guests
- lift up to 50 pounds
- run, stand for long periods, and go up and down stairs within parking garages
- engage personally and comfortably with guests during the valet check-in process
- start part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time supervisor roles
- report unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately
- participate in all drills and in-service education
- respond to facility emergencies as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
