Job Description

Parking Management Company (PMC) is a leading national provider of hospitality-focused parking services, distinguished by its commitment to exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. Serving a wide array of venues including hotels, healthcare systems, resorts, and event spaces, PMC specializes in valet parking, self-parking management, shuttle operations, and a variety of guest services. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and integrity, PMC has established itself as a trusted partner within the hospitality industry, supporting both local and nationwide clients. The company fosters a diverse and inclusive work culture, proudly supporting military-friendly employment and equal opportunity workplace standards.

The position of Valet Attendant at PMC is a critical role that offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities with an attractive hourly wage ranging from $13 to $20 plus tips. This role is designed for individuals with a positive attitude, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As the first and last interaction guests have with a facility, valet attendants are seen as ambassadors of PMC’s commitment to superior hospitality. This makes the role not only a job but a vital part of the overall guest experience.

Valet attendants at PMC are responsible for warmly greeting guests, assisting with their vehicles, and ensuring safety and professionalism during every interaction. The company provides comprehensive training that equips attendants with the necessary skills to perform their duties confidently, even if they have no prior experience in valet services. This makes the position highly accessible for individuals eager to start or grow their career in parking operations or hospitality.

In addition to competitive pay, PMC values its employees through a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance options upon eligibility, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid training, and tuition assistance up to $5,250 per year through Bellevue University. Employees also benefit from life and critical illness insurance, bonus opportunities, nationwide employee discounts via Perks at Work, and leadership development programs that pave the way toward supervisory and management roles. With growth opportunities across PMC’s extensive network of locations, this role offers a promising career path.

PMC’s commitment to workplace excellence extends beyond benefits and compensation. The company operates under an at-will employment policy, compliant with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and adheres to all applicable wage, overtime, worker’s compensation, and employee leave laws. The organization ensures equal employment opportunity without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or other protected categories.

By joining PMC as a valet attendant, employees become part of a team dedicated to making every guest interaction memorable and positive. The role combines customer service with safe vehicle handling and operational duties, requiring physical stamina and a professional demeanor. PMC’s supportive and structured environment, complete with training and career advancement possibilities, makes this an ideal opportunity for job seekers who are enthusiastic about hospitality and ready to make a difference with every guest they serve.
