We are currently hiring full-time Valet Attendants to join the Arkansas Children’s Hospital team located at 1 Children’s Way, Little Rock, AR. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, with weekends off, providing a healthy work-life balance. The hourly pay rate for this role is $15.00, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair and competitive compensation.
As a Valet Attendant at Crothall Healthcare, you will play a vital role as the first point of contact for patients, guests, and visitors arriving at the hospital. This customer-facing role is essential in delivering "World Class" valet services, ensuring every client’s vehicle is handled safely and their hospital experience begins with professional, courteous attention. The Valet Attendant will be responsible for the safe, timely delivery of vehicles, competent operation of various vehicle types including manual and automatic transmissions, and ensuring patient comfort and safety, especially when assisting with wheelchairs and medical equipment.
Your duties will also include responding to emergency activities, maintaining cleanliness around the valet and parking areas, and performing other related tasks as assigned. A valid driver’s license and the ability to expertly operate a range of vehicles including sub-compact cars, SUVs, vans, and golf carts are required for this role. The ability to utilize proper body mechanics for safely lifting and transferring patients or guests is also necessary to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to drive and operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Experience in safely lifting and transferring patients or guests preferred
- Ability to follow safety protocols and handle emergency situations professionally
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Available full-time Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness of the valet and parking area
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to drive and operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles including sub-compact, compact, full-size, SUV, vans and golf carts
Job Duties
- Ensures safe, timely and accurate delivery of the patient’s/guest’s vehicle to their destination
- Demonstrates competency in driving all types of vehicles to include both manual and automatic transmission
- Utilizes proper body mechanics when lifting and transferring patients/guests to and from the vehicle and wheelchair
- Properly and safely transports patients and medical equipment and ensures the patient/guest is always comfortable
- Collects and returns wheelchairs to the proper holding areas ensuring to disinfect the equipment after use
- Responds to emergency activities, such as a code call, disaster, etc.
- Takes responsibility for general clean-up of the grounds surrounding valet and parking lots
- Performs other duties as assigned
