Job Duties
- Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property
- Ensure vehicles are legally parked and maintain efficient traffic flow
- Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas
- Report vehicles/safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or security issues to management
- Re-route traffic when parking capacity is reached and inform staff
- Count bank at beginning and end of shifts
- Secure the bank and balance receipts as per accounting specifications
- Process all payment types, adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges
- Provide change to guests
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
- Complete required safety trainings and certifications
- Maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- Welcome and acknowledge guests per company standards
- Anticipate and address guest service needs
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Assist management in resource provisioning for hourly employees
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Support team to achieve common goals
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 10 pounds
