Napleton Automotive Group is currently seeking an Automotive Valet Associate to join the team at Napleton's Lexus of Wayzata. This role centers around efficient vehicle logistics, ensuring the dealership’s lot is well-maintained, organized, and operating seamlessly to support dealership functions. The Automotive Valet Associate will play a critical role in monitoring the dealership lot to maintain cleanliness and organization while verifying the receipt and proper parking of new vehicle deliveries. Additionally, this position calls for performing detailed inspections of vehicle conditions upon arrival, cataloging and storing keys correctly, and assisting with the overall vehicle flow within the lot to maximize space and operational efficiency. The role also requires providing excellent customer support when delivering vehicles to customers and assisting management with various requests or tasks as needed.

Job Duties
- Verifies receipt of new cars delivered to dealer and parks cars in new car lot in orderly manner
- Inspects cars to detect damage and verify accessories listed on invoice
- Records description of damages and lists missing items on delivery receipt
- Parks new cars in assigned areas according to model
- Assigns stock control numbers to cars and catalogs and stores keys
- Parks cars in different locations following sales to maximize use of space and maintain lot order
- Delivers sold cars to the new car preparation department
- Services cars in storage to protect tires, battery, and finish against deterioration
- Washes and details vehicles as needed
- Moves cars on the lot and delivers them to customers' houses when needed
- Assists managers at the dealership with various requests
- Performs other duties assigned by management
