Joining Napleton's Lexus of Wayzata as an Automotive Valet Associate means becoming part of a dynamic team that prioritizes organization, efficiency, and top-tier service within the dealership. This position focuses on ensuring the dealership’s vehicle inventory is meticulously maintained and the lot is clean, organized, and operating smoothly. The Automotive Valet Associate plays a critical role in the inventory process by verifying new car deliveries, checking vehicle conditions, and managing the orderly parking of new and used cars. You will be the eyes and ears on the lot, responsible for inspecting vehicles for damage or missing accessories, recording detailed information on delivery receipts, and ensuring that keys are correctly cataloged and stored.
Additionally, this role includes logistical duties such as moving vehicles to optimize space, transferring sold cars to the preparation department, performing protective maintenance on cars in storage, and occasionally delivering vehicles to customers' homes. The position also involves washing and detailing vehicles as needed and assisting management with various operational requests. The Automotive Valet Associate directly contributes to enhancing customer experience by ensuring vehicles are readily available and in pristine condition while supporting the overall efficiency of dealership operations.
This full-time, hourly position offers a starting pay of $18 per hour and includes benefits that reflect the company’s commitment to employee wellness and satisfaction. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a responsible attitude towards vehicle operation, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused demeanor.
