In line with this, Caesars Entertainment is currently seeking a dedicated Valet & Bell Supervisor to ensure the seamless handling of guests' vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. This role is pivotal in managing valet parking and bell services, guaranteeing guest satisfaction through efficient, secure, and courteous operations. The Valet & Bell Supervisor will be responsible for establishing operational procedures, supervising staff, and upholding property and company policies that safeguard guest vehicles and enhance overall experience.

This full-time supervisory position demands strong leadership and customer service skills to oversee valet and bell personnel, manage parking logistics, and coordinate staff schedules in alignment with event demands. The supervisor will conduct customer service training, maintain accurate records such as valet receipts and time sheets, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards. The role also involves motivating team members, conducting performance appraisals, and fostering a collaborative work environment consistent with Caesars Entertainment’s people-centric culture.

The ideal candidate must possess a valid Louisiana driver’s license with a clean record, supervisory experience in hospitality or related service fields, and the capacity to operate various passenger vehicles safely. The role requires flexibility to work any shift, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Caesars Entertainment’s commitment to diversity, equal opportunity employment, and reasonable accommodations makes this role accessible to individuals from all backgrounds.

Joining Caesars Entertainment means becoming part of a company dedicated to corporate social responsibility through its People Planet Play framework, focused on economic development, employee wellbeing, and positive community impact.
