The Valet Account Manager position at PMC is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned parking location. This full-time, exempt status role offers a competitive salary with the potential for bonus opportunities, depending on market factors and candidate experience. The Valet Account Manager acts as the primary liaison between PMC and the client property, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, operational efficiency, and financial management. Core responsibilities include managing valet staff, scheduling, quality assurance, and direct guest service performances. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three years supervisory experience in parking hospitality or related field
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • Clean background check
  • Ability to perform physical demands including running standing walking and lifting moderate weights
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional travel
  • Must maintain effective communication skills
  • Proficient in handling financial and operational data
  • Capable of using personal cell phones for work communication with reimbursement policy
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments including exposure to varying weather conditions
  • Commitment to upholding company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least three years of supervisory experience in parking hospitality or a similar customer service field
  • Additional training or certifications in leadership or business management beneficial
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary contact for each property ensuring contractual obligations are met
  • Manage scheduling staffing and quality assurance to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Monitor site-level revenue payroll and expenses to identify trends and irregularities
  • Recruit train and coach hourly associates set clear performance expectations
  • Provide regular updates to management through reports on progress challenges and account needs
  • Actively involve staff in planning decision-making and process improvement while taking full responsibility for team performance
  • Attend required staff meetings and complete assigned training modules in a timely manner
