Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- current valid driver’s license
- experience in customer service environment preferably in a senior living setting
- ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to follow safety protocols

Job Duties
- Greet guests and residents cheerfully and thank them upon exit
- park and retrieve vehicles safely and timely
- explain valet parking and other guest parking options
- schedule transportation services, take dining requests, submit work orders, and make event reservations while filling in at the concierge desk
- help coordinate setup and breakdown of events and activities
- perform light clerical duties
- monitor emergency response system and fire alarm panel during daytime hours
