Job Requirements

Minimum age is 19 preferably with 3 years driving experience
6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience hospitality experience ideal
High school diploma or equivalent experience/training
Current driver's license and insurable driving record
Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more
Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 40 pounds frequently
Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Welcome guests to the property
Provide assistance in and out of vehicles for all guests
Provide knowledgeable recommendations for property/city events, amenities, and outlets
Communicate and partner with other departments as applicable in supporting the guest experience
Park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently and safely
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Ensure guest vehicles are handled with care and security
